What you will be doing

Key responsibilities
🌱 Your mission: Empower K-2 students to become independent thinkers and confident learners. You'll nurture their academic growth while fostering essential life skills that set them up for long-term success.
Candidate requirements
- 📍 Based in Austin, TX and ready for in-person teaching adventures
- 🎓 Bachelor's degree in any field
- ⭐ 3+ years of hands-on experience with children aged 4-8 (educational, afterschool, or similar settings)
- 🔄 Natural ability to embrace growth mindset principles and coaching techniques
- 💻 Enthusiasm for incorporating AI and modern tech into learning experiences
- 📝 Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
