What you will be doing

  • Empower students to set and achieve personal learning goals, guiding them to become self-directed learners in a technology-enhanced environment.
  • Deliver targeted instruction in social-emotional skills and foundational literacy with the support of Reading Specialists, using research-backed methodologies.
  • Create a dynamic classroom environment that fosters curiosity and resilience through interactive, hands-on learning experiences.
  • Leverage AI-driven educational tools to enhance personalized learning outcomes and prepare students for future technological fluency.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators and counselors to support each student's unique educational journey.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Implementing outdated teaching methodologies that ignore the integration of educational technology and personalized learning approaches.
  • Applying standardized, one-size-fits-all curricula that fail to recognize and nurture individual learning styles and abilities.
  • Prioritizing academic metrics at the expense of crucial social-emotional development and whole-child growth.
  • Working in isolation without the support of specialized educational professionals and advanced learning technologies.

Key responsibilities

Champion the development of independent learning and life skills for Kindergarten - 2nd graders, setting young learners on a path to educational success and personal growth in a technology-enhanced environment that prepares them for the future.

Candidate requirements

  • Commitment to working in person at our Austin, TX campus.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience working with children ages 4-8 in educational, afterschool, sports, or related developmental settings.
  • Proven ability to implement growth mindset principles and high-performance coaching strategies with measurable results.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and aptitude for integrating AI and emerging technologies into educational practices.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

While the following qualifications will strengthen your application, we encourage all candidates who meet the core requirements to apply:

  • Degree or certification in early learning disciplines (education, child development, reading intervention).
  • Specialized training in progressive early childhood methodologies such as CDA, Montessori, or Reggio Emilia.
  • Professional experience as a K-2 teacher, reading coach, or literacy specialist with formal training in reading and phonics frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in educational environments that prioritize personalized learning paths and educational technology integration.
