What you will be doing

  • Inspiring students to set and pursue their own learning objectives, fostering self-directed learning.
  • Delivering focused instruction in social-emotional skills and foundational literacy, with support from Reading Specialists.
  • Creating a classroom atmosphere that promotes inquiry and perseverance through engaging, hands-on activities.
  • Leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance learning outcomes, preparing students for a future where technology and traditional learning coexist.
  • Working collaboratively with educators and counselors to adapt to each student's unique learning journey and style.

💡 Lead the advancement of independent learning and life skills for K-2 students, setting them on a path to academic success and personal development.

Candidate requirements

  • Availability to work in person at our Austin, TX campus.
  • A degree from any academic discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with children aged 4-8 in educational, afterschool, sports, or related environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement a growth mindset and high-performance coaching strategies.
  • Proficiency and enthusiasm for using AI and other technologies in educational settings.
  • Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

While these are not mandatory, they will certainly enhance your application:

  • A degree or certification in a field related to early learning (education, child development, reading intervention, etc.).
  • Certifications or advanced training in early childhood learning methodologies such as CDA, Montessori, or Reggio Emilia.
  • Experience as a K-2 teacher, reading coach, or literacy specialist with formal training or professional development in reading & phonics frameworks.
  • Background in settings that prioritize personalized learning paths and educational technology.
