What you will be doing

  • Encouraging students to set and pursue their own learning objectives, turning them into autonomous learners.
  • Delivering focused instruction on social-emotional skills and foundational literacy with the aid of Reading Specialists.
  • Creating a classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity and perseverance through hands-on, interactive learning activities.
  • Adopting AI-powered tools to boost educational results, equipping students for a future where technology enhances traditional learning.
  • Collaborating with educators and counselors to cater to each student's distinct learning journey, adjusting to their personal needs and preferences.

💡 Lead the way in nurturing independent learning and essential life skills for K-2 students, placing them on a trajectory for educational achievement and personal development.

Candidate requirements

  • Ability to work in person at our Miami, FL, or Austin, TX campus.
  • A college degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience engaging with children aged 4-8 in educational, extracurricular, or related environments.
  • Demonstrated skill in applying a growth mindset and high-performance coaching techniques.
  • Comfortable with and passionate about incorporating AI and other technologies in educational settings.
  • Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

These attributes will enhance your application, but as long as you meet the main requirements, we encourage you to apply!

  • A degree or certification related to early learning (education, child development, reading intervention, etc.).
  • Certifications or advanced training in early childhood education methodologies like CDA, Montessori, or Reggio Emilia.
  • Experience as a K-2 teacher, reading coach, or literacy specialist with formal training or professional development in reading & phonics frameworks.
  • Background in environments that prioritize personalized learning paths and educational technology.
