What you will be doing
- Train and develop a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional standards
- Craft Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design engaging learning activities, and manage challenges
- Provide consistent, impactful feedback to Guides to enhance student participation and success
- Personally mentor a select group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
What you will NOT be doing
- Creating lesson plans – your Guides use adaptive apps to facilitate students' learning; your role is to train them as outstanding facilitators
- Compromising standards – if our passing grade is 100%, your task is to maintain that standard
- Conducting dull training sessions – you'll lead Guides through dynamic, energetic, hands-on development

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related sector.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training schemes.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to build, manage, and inspire high-achieving teams.
- Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental setting.
- Proficient in data analysis and using metrics for informed decision-making and ongoing improvement.
- Willingness to work on-site in Tampa or West Palm Beach, FL.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
