What you will be doing

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes:

  • Architecting and delivering world-class training programs that transform our Guides into educational virtuosos
  • Crafting comprehensive Guide Playbooks that become the gold standard for educational excellence
  • Providing laser-focused, growth-oriented feedback that elevates Guide performance
  • Taking the helm of a select student cohort, showcasing masterful coaching techniques that inspire and motivate

What you will NOT be doing

  • Traditional lesson planning - our cutting-edge apps handle the content; you'll focus on making our Guides exceptional facilitators
  • Compromising on excellence - our 100% standard is non-negotiable
  • Running mundane training sessions - your development programs will be dynamic, interactive, and transformative

Key responsibilities

Your core mission is to elevate our Guide team to unprecedented levels of excellence in implementing the Alpha system, ensuring every student experiences the full power of our revolutionary learning approach.

Candidate requirements

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
  • 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, or coaching
  • A track record of creating and implementing game-changing educational initiatives
  • Exceptional team leadership abilities that inspire and drive results
  • Meaningful experience in youth development (ages 5-18)
  • Sharp analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to work on-site in Austin or Plano, TX
  • U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship available)
