What you will be doing

<ul> <li>Architect and execute world-class training programs that transform Guides into exceptional learning facilitators</li> <li>Design and implement comprehensive Guide Playbooks that set the standard for educational excellence</li> <li>Deliver high-impact, data-driven feedback that catalyzes Guide performance and student achievement</li> <li>Lead by example through direct student mentorship, showcasing elite coaching strategies that inspire and motivate</li> </ul>

What you will NOT be doing

<ul> <li>Creating traditional lesson plans - our adaptive technology handles the content, you focus on developing exceptional facilitators</li> <li>Compromising on excellence - we maintain our 100% standard because that's what our students deserve</li> <li>Conducting passive training sessions - your coaching approach is dynamic, engaging, and results-driven</li> </ul>

Drive transformational educational outcomes by developing and leading a team of world-class Guides who consistently deliver Alpha's high standards of excellence across all locations.

Candidate requirements

<ul> <li>Bachelor's degree (field open)</li> <li>5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, or coaching</li> <li>Track record of developing and implementing innovative educational programs</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams</li> <li>Substantial experience in youth development (ages 5-18)</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability</li> <li>Commitment to working on-site in specified locations</li> <li>Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship</li> </ul>
