What you will be doing

  • Architect and enhance an AI-driven learning ecosystem that measurably outperforms traditional education
  • Engage directly with students via virtual platforms to gather crucial insights for continuous improvement
  • Leverage data analytics to design high-impact academic interventions using AI/ML and learning science
  • Champion a culture of bold experimentation and data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into seamless product enhancements

What you will NOT be doing

  • Repackaging traditional education in an AI wrapper
  • Analyzing data in isolation without student engagement
  • Waiting for consensus to push boundaries
  • Adhering to conventional educational methods
  • Viewing AI as a threat to education rather than a revolutionary tool

Key responsibilities

Drive innovation in AI-powered, teacher-less education to deliver exceptional student outcomes across multiple campuses. Blend data analytics with regular student engagement to continuously optimize our learning ecosystem, as measured by AP exam performance and MAP assessment growth.

Candidate requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related field
  • Leadership experience in education or EdTech
  • Experience applying AI technologies in educational or professional contexts
  • Expertise in designing and implementing AI systems for tasks like content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
  • Strong grasp of learning science principles and data-driven educational approaches
  • Proven ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
