What you will be doing

  • Architect and refine an AI-powered learning ecosystem that measurably outperforms traditional education models
  • Engage directly with students via virtual platforms to gather critical insights for continuous improvement
  • Leverage learning platform data to design high-impact academic interventions using AI/ML and learning science
  • Spearhead a culture of bold experimentation and data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate academic insights into seamless product enhancements

What you will NOT be doing

  • Repackaging traditional classroom instruction in digital format
  • Analyzing data in isolation without student interaction
  • Waiting for consensus before pushing boundaries
  • Adhering to conventional educational methods
  • Viewing AI as a threat to education rather than a transformative tool

Key responsibilities

Drive innovation in AI-powered, teacher-less education to deliver exceptional student outcomes across multiple campuses, blending data analytics with regular student engagement to optimize our learning ecosystem as measured by AP exam performance and MAP assessment growth.

Candidate requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related field
  • Leadership experience in education or EdTech
  • Experience applying AI technologies in educational or professional contexts
  • Experience designing and implementing AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
  • Strong understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational approaches
  • Proven ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
