Description

Ready to Pioneer the AI Revolution in Education?

At 2 Hour Learning, we're not just adopting AI—we've woven it into our organizational fabric. We've completely reimagined education from first principles, leveraging cutting-edge AI and breakthrough learning science to create something extraordinary: a system where students consistently exceed expectations without traditional classroom teachers.

Our results speak volumes: students routinely achieve top scores on multiple AP exams, demonstrate remarkable growth on standardized assessments, and discover capabilities they never knew they possessed. If you're passionate about creating transformative educational outcomes at scale, your journey leads here.

As our Learning and Development Manager, you'll be the visionary architect behind our innovative learning ecosystem across multiple school campuses. With an unwavering focus on student success, you'll harness AI's immense potential to craft learning experiences that adapt to each student's unique profile.

Your work will blend strategic data analysis with hands-on student engagement—extracting powerful insights from learning analytics while maintaining direct connections with the students you serve. This dual perspective will empower you to identify precise motivational triggers and instructional approaches that elevate achievement across all campuses.

This role represents a rare opportunity to apply AI at education's frontier, fundamentally rewriting what's possible. With advanced analytics, large-scale pedagogical experimentation capabilities, and a mandate to push boundaries, you'll chart new territory daily in the quest to unlock human potential.

If you're ready to deploy today's most transformative technology to revolutionize society's most fundamental institution, we invite you to join us. Bold thinking, meticulous execution, and relentless commitment to student outcomes are essential. Status quo defenders need not apply.

What you will be doing

  • Design and continuously refine an AI-powered learning ecosystem that delivers measurable advantages over traditional education, demonstrated through concrete student achievement metrics
  • Connect directly with students via digital platforms to gather firsthand insights about their learning journeys, challenges, and victories—using these perspectives to drive ecosystem enhancements
  • Extract actionable intelligence from platform data to develop high-impact interventions leveraging artificial intelligence, learning science research, and motivational psychology
  • Foster a culture where bold experimentation and data-driven decisions thrive, using analytics to catalyze breakthrough improvements in student growth trajectories
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design specialists to transform academic insights and student feedback into seamless product improvements

What you will NOT be doing

  • Digitizing conventional classroom methods with an AI veneer—we're creating something fundamentally different, not transferring traditional instruction to screens
  • Working in a data vacuum—you'll regularly engage with K-12 students, treating their feedback as valuable input from the customers we serve
  • Seeking universal agreement before innovation—you'll champion data-validated approaches and inspire others with demonstrable results
  • Following educational orthodoxy—you'll have freedom to explore innovative approaches to student motivation, assessment techniques, and instructional methodologies
  • Approaching AI with hesitation—in our environment, AI is embraced as a revolutionary educational tool, not a threat requiring containment

Key responsibilities

Drive breakthrough innovation in teacher-less, AI-powered education to produce exceptional student outcomes across multiple campus locations. Combine sophisticated data analytics with regular student interaction to continuously optimize our learning ecosystem, with success measured concretely through AP exam performance and MAP assessment growth metrics.
