What you will be doing

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Design and evolve a groundbreaking AI-powered learning ecosystem that consistently produces measurable, exceptional student outcomes
  • Connect virtually with students to gather real-world insights, using their feedback to fine-tune and perfect our learning platforms
  • Transform raw learning data into actionable intelligence, crafting targeted interventions that leverage the latest in AI, ML, and cognitive science

Key responsibilities

Your core mission is to pioneer AI-driven, teacher-free education that delivers exceptional results across multiple campuses. Success means combining razor-sharp data analysis with meaningful student interactions to continuously evolve our learning ecosystem, with success measured through concrete metrics like AP exam scores and MAP assessment growth.

Candidate requirements

  • Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related field
  • Proven track record of leadership in education or EdTech sectors
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions in educational contexts
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing AI systems for educational applications
  • Deep understanding of learning science and data-driven educational methodologies
  • Excellence in communicating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage sophisticated projects
