What you will be doing

  • Design and refine an AI-driven learning ecosystem that consistently outperforms traditional education models
  • Connect with students virtually to gather insights and drive continuous improvement
  • Leverage AI/ML and learning science to create data-driven academic interventions
  • Foster a culture of bold experimentation and evidence-based decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into seamless product enhancements

Key responsibilities

Spearhead innovation in AI-powered, teacher-less education across multiple campuses. Blend cutting-edge data analytics with hands-on student engagement to continuously evolve our learning ecosystem. Your success will be measured by tangible improvements in AP exam performance and MAP assessment growth.

Candidate requirements

  • Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related field
  • Proven leadership in education or EdTech sectors
  • Hands-on experience applying AI technologies in educational or professional settings
  • Track record of designing and implementing AI systems for tasks like content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
  • Deep understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational strategies
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
