What you will be doing

Key responsibilities
Champion quantifiable enhancements in student English and Language Arts proficiency through AI-powered analysis and strategic implementation. Your success will be measured by your ability to double the rate at which students master core language domains—reading comprehension, writing proficiency, grammatical accuracy, and literary analysis—across multiple grade levels within our innovative 2 Hour Learning framework.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ELA instruction or curriculum development with proven impact on student achievement
- Foundational programming skills in any coding language
- Background in designing, implementing, or utilizing AI systems for educational purposes such as content creation, data analytics, or personalized learning
- Proven capability to interpret complex datasets and extract meaningful, actionable insights
