What you will be doing

  • Mining student literacy data through AI analysis to extract meaningful patterns, then leveraging these insights to engineer revolutionary approaches to language instruction and textual interpretation.
  • Developing intelligent, adaptive tools that personalize the learning experience, making grammatical concepts clear, vocabulary acquisition engaging, and critical reading skills accessible across all student proficiency levels.
  • Architecting responsive learning sequences that continuously adjust to student performance, ensuring seamless progression from basic literacy foundations to sophisticated literary comprehension.
  • Synergizing with our multidisciplinary team of educators, language specialists, and AI engineers to expand the horizons of language education, with direct impact on thousands of learners.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Overseeing conventional English curricula or handling routine administrative functions—your focus will be on pioneering innovations that transform language arts instruction within our accelerated framework.
  • Creating in a vacuum—you'll collaborate with forward-thinking specialists committed to revolutionizing AI applications in English education.
  • Dwelling in abstract concepts—every AI solution you develop will have immediate, practical applications for enhancing student language mastery within the 2 Hour Learning methodology.

Key responsibilities

Champion quantifiable enhancements in student English and Language Arts proficiency through AI-powered analysis and strategic implementation. Your success will be measured by your ability to double the rate at which students master core language domains—reading comprehension, writing proficiency, grammatical accuracy, and literary analysis—across multiple grade levels within our innovative 2 Hour Learning framework.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ELA instruction or curriculum development with proven impact on student achievement
  • Foundational programming skills in any coding language
  • Background in designing, implementing, or utilizing AI systems for educational purposes such as content creation, data analytics, or personalized learning
  • Proven capability to interpret complex datasets and extract meaningful, actionable insights
  • Superior communication abilities, including the skill to convey intricate language arts concepts to diverse audiences in professional contexts
