What you will be doing

  • Create optimal math problems and lessons with AI, ensuring students receive appropriate challenges to expedite their learning journey.
  • Develop AI-driven learning pathways that adapt instantly, making complex math concepts both accessible and engaging for all students.
  • Work alongside a team of education and AI specialists to expand the frontiers of math education, directly influencing the learning experiences of countless students.
  • Convert intricate mathematical theories into approachable, AI-enhanced content that excites and engages students.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing conventional math programs or dealing with administrative duties—this role focuses on innovation and strategic advancements in math education.
  • Working alone—you'll be part of a dynamic team pioneering AI's role in math education.
  • Concentrating on theory without practical application—every algorithm you create will have a tangible impact on student learning and comprehension.

Key responsibilities

Lead efforts to significantly enhance student math learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and application, achieving a twofold increase in concept mastery across diverse mathematical areas and grade levels.

Candidate requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in teaching mathematics or developing math curriculum, with proven success in improving learning outcomes.
  • Basic proficiency in any programming language.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, or utilizing AI systems for purposes like content creation, data analysis, or adaptive learning.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex mathematical ideas to varied audiences professionally.
