We're in search of a full-time digital pioneer—someone who already shapes parental decisions online and seeks to expand their influence. You'll harness your social media presence to boost enrollment, crafting stories and content that convert skepticism into belief. We're not after a marketer but a mission-driven creator.

What you will be doing

  • Craft compelling reels, shorts, essays, podcasts, or threads that highlight the benefits of Home Learning and what sets Novatio apart.
  • Conduct webinars and live Q&A sessions for parents who are inquisitive, cautious, or concerned.
  • Transform personal insights, educational research, and parent interactions into emotionally engaging content.
  • Foster trust within your community by addressing inquiries, tackling objections, and providing clear, honest communication.
  • Monitor key metrics: track parent inquiries, event sign-ups, and enrollments resulting from your efforts.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Targeting the elite; Novatio is committed to families seeking quality and affordability.
  • Outsourcing content creation; this role centers around your unique voice, not a corporate persona.
  • Relying on scripted or polished PR; authenticity and transparency are paramount.
  • Chasing superficial metrics; we value meaningful engagement over mere reach.
  • Delivering superficial content; this role requires in-depth storytelling and a profound understanding of family educational choices.

Key responsibilities

Leverage your online presence to foster trust and drive enrollment, transforming your digital influence into a significant, parent-oriented movement for educational reform.

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 5K engaged followers on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, or Substack, with a distinct voice and consistent posting history.
  • Frequent publishing schedule (weekly or more) over the past 90 days.
  • Content that resonates with K–12 parents, critiques conventional schooling, or explores alternatives like gifted programs, home learning, or school choice.
  • Proficient in written and verbal storytelling across both short and long-form formats.
  • Comprehensive understanding of K-12 educational challenges, needs, and trends in the US/Canada.
  • Comfortable with live speaking and adept at handling challenging questions from parents.
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Descript, Notion AI) for research, writing, scripting, or production.
  • Willingness to travel across the US for conferences and industry events.
  • Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
