What you will be doing
- Conducting high-impact, twice-weekly 1:1 virtual coaching sessions focused on academic goal-setting, motivation cultivation, and mindset development
- Facilitating strategic "office hours" where students receive real-time support, targeted encouragement, and solution-oriented troubleshooting
- Leveraging advanced AI tools and analytics dashboards to monitor student progress, identify performance barriers, and optimize coaching strategies
- Documenting critical insights, potential concerns, and strategic adjustments to maintain each student's accelerated growth trajectory
- Engaging in focused collaboration with elite coaching peers to refine methodologies, address challenges, and continuously elevate our coaching model
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering traditional instruction, assessment grading, or homework management—our technology platform handles academic content delivery
- Following rigid curricula or presenting standardized lectures to passive audiences
- Providing basic supervision or constant oversight—we develop self-directed learners through strategic coaching
- Navigating bureaucratic processes or attending low-value administrative meetings
- Maintaining the status quo—this role demands continuous excellence and measurable impact
Key responsibilities
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrated success coaching, mentoring, or motivating elementary/middle school students
- Verifiable record of exceptional performance in academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or artistic pursuits
- Commanding virtual presence with the ability to establish immediate rapport and trust via digital platforms
- Demonstrated proficiency with performance analytics and digital tools for tracking and optimizing results
- Capacity to work full-time (40 hours weekly) across international time zones
Nice to have
- Specialized background in performance psychology, athletic coaching, or achievement-focused motivation
- Direct experience with alternative education models or homeschool environments
