What you will be doing

  • Champion student success through bi-weekly 1:1 virtual coaching sessions that focus on unlocking potential, not just completing assignments
  • Be the go-to success partner during flexible office hours, providing just-in-time support when students need it most
  • Master our suite of AI-powered tools to track progress and optimize each student's growth journey
  • Document your coaching victories and challenges to build a roadmap for continued student success
  • Join forces with fellow coaches to elevate our entire coaching program through collaborative innovation

What you will NOT be doing

  • No traditional teaching duties - our AI handles the academic heavy lifting
  • Zero scripted lessons or rigid curriculum constraints
  • No helicopter coaching - we empower independence, not dependence
  • Skip the red tape - we're lean on meetings and big on action
  • No room for mediocrity - this role demands excellence and continuous growth

Key responsibilities

Drive exceptional student outcomes through strategic mindset coaching in our tech-enabled virtual environment, focusing on measurable academic progress and sustained student engagement.

Candidate requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
  • Demonstrate minimum 1 year of youth coaching/mentoring experience (grades K-8)
  • Show evidence of excellence in your chosen field - we value achievement across all domains
  • Exhibit magnetic virtual communication skills and screen presence
  • Display confidence with digital tools and data-driven decision making
  • Commit to full-time availability with flexibility across international time zones

Nice to have

  • Specialized training in performance coaching, sports psychology, or motivation techniques
  • Direct involvement with homeschooling communities or alternative education programs
