What you will be doing

  • Architect and deliver breakthrough generative AI features that create measurable customer value and competitive advantage
  • Conduct rigorous customer research to quantify product impact and identify high-potential opportunity areas
  • Develop functional proof-of-concepts using cutting-edge AI technologies to rapidly validate hypotheses
  • Harness the power of multimodal LLMs to extract strategic insights from complex, multidimensional datasets
  • Transform abstract product visions into precise technical requirements, comprehensive user stories, and definitive acceptance criteria
  • Evaluate engineering deliverables against established quality standards and functional specifications
  • Implement robust metrics frameworks to measure feature performance and drive continuous improvement

What you will NOT be doing

  • Micromanaging development teams or functioning as a project coordinator tracking task completion
  • Handling personnel management responsibilities or administrative paperwork
  • Conducting routine QA testing that should be automated or delegated
  • Creating specifications without a clear understanding of technical feasibility and implementation paths
  • Working with outdated technologies or on incremental improvements to legacy systems

Key responsibilities

Ensure high-quality software releases by breaking down high-level goals into clear requirements, use cases and user stories, important technical decisions, and acceptance criteria.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on software engineering experience with demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges
  • At least 1 year in a product management role with direct responsibility for feature conceptualization and delivery
  • Verifiable success building and shipping features that effectively leverage generative AI capabilities
  • Comprehensive understanding of AWS cloud architecture and application development principles
  • AI-first mindset with the conviction that generative AI is fundamentally transforming technology's role in human productivity and will continue to disrupt industries
