IMPORTANT: This is a full-time, in-person position at our Austin, TX, Plano, TX, or Spotswood, NJ campus.
What you will be doing
- Train and develop a high-performing team of Guides to implement the Alpha learning system with world-class excellence
- Create comprehensive Guide Playbooks that set the standard for facilitation excellence, learning activity design, and challenge resolution
- Deliver targeted, actionable feedback to Guides that drives measurable improvements in student engagement and achievement
- Mentor a select cohort of students while modeling elite coaching and motivation strategies for your team
What you will NOT be doing
- Creating traditional lesson plans – our adaptive technology handles the content delivery, allowing you to focus on developing exceptional facilitators
- Compromising on excellence – we maintain a 100% mastery standard, and you'll ensure we keep that bar high
- Running conventional training sessions – you'll deliver dynamic, hands-on coaching that transforms good Guides into great ones
Key responsibilities
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 5+ years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related field
- Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative educational programs
- Exceptional leadership abilities with demonstrated success in building high-performing teams
- Substantial experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational settings
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Must be willing to work on-site in Austin, TX, Plano, TX, or Spotswood, NJ
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
