IMPORTANT: This is a full-time, in-person position at our Austin, TX, Plano, TX, or Spotswood, NJ campus.

What you will be doing

  • Train and develop a high-performing team of Guides to implement the Alpha learning system with world-class excellence
  • Create comprehensive Guide Playbooks that set the standard for facilitation excellence, learning activity design, and challenge resolution
  • Deliver targeted, actionable feedback to Guides that drives measurable improvements in student engagement and achievement
  • Mentor a select cohort of students while modeling elite coaching and motivation strategies for your team

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating traditional lesson plans – our adaptive technology handles the content delivery, allowing you to focus on developing exceptional facilitators
  • Compromising on excellence – we maintain a 100% mastery standard, and you'll ensure we keep that bar high
  • Running conventional training sessions – you'll deliver dynamic, hands-on coaching that transforms good Guides into great ones

Key responsibilities

Train, develop, and lead a team of educational Guides to implement the Alpha learning system with world-class excellence, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional student outcomes through innovative coaching and strategic leadership.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 5+ years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related field
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative educational programs
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with demonstrated success in building high-performing teams
  • Substantial experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational settings
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Austin, TX, Plano, TX, or Spotswood, NJ
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
