What you will be doing
Your Mission as a Performance Coach:
- Architect and execute world-class training programs that transform our Guides into exceptional learning facilitators
- Design and develop comprehensive Guide Playbooks that set the gold standard for educational excellence
- Deliver impactful, data-driven feedback that elevates Guide performance and student outcomes
- Lead by example through hands-on mentoring of student cohorts, showcasing advanced coaching techniques

Key responsibilities
Your Core Mission: Develop and lead a team of exceptional Guides who will masterfully implement the Alpha learning system, setting new standards in educational excellence and student achievement.
Candidate requirements
Your Success Blueprint:
- Bachelor's degree holder (field of study open)
- 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, coaching, or related fields
- Track record of creating and implementing groundbreaking educational initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to build and inspire high-performing teams
- Significant experience in youth development (ages 5-18)
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
- Commitment to working on-site at one of our campus locations
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
