What you will be doing

Your Mission as a Performance Coach:

  • Architect and execute world-class training programs that transform our Guides into exceptional learning facilitators
  • Design and develop comprehensive Guide Playbooks that set the gold standard for educational excellence
  • Deliver impactful, data-driven feedback that elevates Guide performance and student outcomes
  • Lead by example through hands-on mentoring of student cohorts, showcasing advanced coaching techniques

What you will NOT be doing

  • Traditional lesson planning - our technology-driven system handles the curriculum while you focus on developing outstanding facilitators
  • Compromising excellence - we maintain our 100% mastery standard with unwavering commitment
  • Cookie-cutter training sessions - your coaching approach will be dynamic, interactive, and transformative

Key responsibilities

Your Core Mission: Develop and lead a team of exceptional Guides who will masterfully implement the Alpha learning system, setting new standards in educational excellence and student achievement.

Candidate requirements

Your Success Blueprint:

  • Bachelor's degree holder (field of study open)
  • 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, coaching, or related fields
  • Track record of creating and implementing groundbreaking educational initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to build and inspire high-performing teams
  • Significant experience in youth development (ages 5-18)
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
  • Commitment to working on-site at one of our campus locations
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
