What you will be doing

  • Manage daily campus operations, from fire safety to staff onboarding, ensuring a smooth learning atmosphere.
  • Address tech challenges directly: resolve issues, handle device migrations, and serve as the tech resource.
  • Prepare professional spaces for events, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Build trust through clear communication and excellent service with students, parents, and staff.
  • Implement effective protocols, drills, and security measures to guarantee campus safety.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engaging in teaching or curriculum development—your expertise is in operational excellence, not academics.
  • Following rigid processes or waiting for someone else to act—this position demands proactive ownership.
  • Working in isolation—success depends on collaboration and community involvement.
  • Performing monotonous or repetitive tasks—expect variety and meaningful challenges in this role.

Oversee smooth campus operations while building trust and delivering outstanding service to students, staff, and parents.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and manage operational logistics with assurance.
  • Knowledge of IT systems or technical support, or a readiness to learn.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient communication in both spoken Spanish and English.
  • Strong sense of ownership and initiative.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Miami, FL.
