What you will be doing

  • Spearhead the evolution of our consumer education portfolio, driving innovation and growth
  • Craft exceptional user experiences that resonate with parents, educators, and students
  • Pioneer adoption strategies through digital channels and community building
  • Harness AI-powered analytics to optimize marketing and sales initiatives
  • Become the trusted voice of educational innovation in public forums and media
  • Guide the development of groundbreaking AI learning solutions
  • Build and inspire a dynamic team in an fast-evolving startup environment

What you will NOT be doing

  • Navigating institutional sales cycles with schools and districts
  • Following conventional B2B education sales playbooks
  • Creating products in isolation from our end-users
  • Getting caught up in bureaucratic red tape

Key responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve $10M+ annual revenue across our consumer product suite
  • Build and nurture an engaged social media community while establishing thought leadership
  • Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to enhance customer engagement and experience
  • Design and execute scalable D2C education campaigns with measurable outcomes

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated success in D2C education sales
  • Proven ability to scale education products to $10M+ revenue
  • Mastery of digital marketing and AI-powered analytics
  • Deep insights into education consumer psychology and behavior
  • Experience leading high-performance teams in startup environments
  • US-based with availability for travel
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
