This is full-cycle renewal management—not lead qualification busywork. You'll own the entire process from identifying the right contact to preparing quotes and coordinating schedules. You'll operate across emails, calls, and CRM systems to deliver clean, quote-ready opportunities to the sales team. This role demands precision, clear communication, and the ability to navigate conversations toward concrete results.

What you will be doing

  • Identify and engage decision-makers using advanced CRM tools, LinkedIn, organizational mapping, and AI-enhanced communication templates to deliver personalized outreach at scale
  • Guide customers through our self-service renewals platform, leveraging AI-curated content and providing direct intervention when automated systems require human expertise
  • Manage the renewals communication channel by prioritizing customer inquiries, validating AI-generated classifications and responses, and ensuring timely, personalized engagement through Salesforce

  • Following generic, impersonal sales scripts that waste your talent and customers' time
  • Handling routine technical support inquiries better suited for dedicated support teams
