What you will be doing

  • AI-Enhanced Project Delivery: Using generative AI to improve project delivery, customer communications, and validation of project deliverables.
  • Consulting Services: Gathering and analyzing customer business requirements, advising on survey structure, best practices for panel creation, and training clients on the software platform.
  • Configuration Services: Configuring surveys, panels, and data gathering processes within the software platform.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Manually reviewing every knowledge base article and Excel trackers
  • Creating slide decks
  • Traveling to client sites
  • Coding or programming

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure 100% of clients achieve 100% of their business goals through AI-driven professional services engagements

Candidate requirements

  • Must be based in the European Union, United Kingdom, or EEA
  • At least 5 years of experience as a consultant delivering software implementation projects
  • Professional experience demonstrating and configuring software
  • Professional experience offloading work to generative AI tools and using AI to achieve quantifiable productivity improvements
