Description

The software industry is drowning in transactional partnerships—shallow relationships driven by quotas and short-term incentives. Companies throw bodies at lead lists, hoping something sticks, while partners churn at an unsustainable rate. The result is slow market penetration, missed revenue opportunities, and a constant uphill battle to maintain relevance. Traditional models rely on gut instincts and outdated sales tactics instead of leveraging AI, data-driven insights, and automation to create real value.

GFI's approach is built on real-time data, predictive analytics, and AI-driven engagement. Instead of arbitrary quotas, we empower you with the autonomy to target the right partners, leverage AI-powered insights to strengthen relationships, and use automation to scale your impact. No red tape. No bureaucracy. Just a high-impact role where your strategic decisions directly drive growth and revenue.

This is not a role for someone looking to be micromanaged. It’s not about blasting cold outreach with zero context or blindly chasing a number. This is a role for someone who understands how to identify and cultivate high-value partnerships using modern tools and a strategic mindset. If you thrive in ambiguity, know how to blend human intuition with AI-powered insights, and believe partner success is the key to long-term revenue growth, you’ll excel here.

You’ll be at the center of our growth strategy, working alongside leadership to drive smarter, faster market expansion. If you’re ready to take ownership, break away from outdated models, and build a career defined by impact, apply now.
