Key responsibilities
Candidate requirements
- Geographic requirement: Current residence in the Americas (North, Central, or South)
- Deep enterprise software industry expertise with 5+ years of hands-on experience

- Minimum 3 years of customer-facing role experience across Support, Sales, Collections, or similar functions
