Key responsibilities

Drive rapid operational turnarounds of acquired software companies by implementing Trilogy's proven frameworks to achieve sustainable profitability and customer retention.

Candidate requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise software industry experience with deep technical understanding
  • 5+ years in operational roles driving measurable business improvements
  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience across Support, Sales or Collections
  • Demonstrated success using generative AI tools to boost productivity
