Description

Calling all system architects and operational transformers.

At Trilogy, we don't just acquire software companies—we revolutionize them. Our competitive edge lies in our ability to streamline operations with lightning speed and surgical precision. We're seeking strategic operators who can architect lean, automated systems that eliminate complexity rather than manage it.

As a Consultant, you'll spearhead complete transformations across our global portfolio. Your projects might include reimagining post-acquisition employee transitions, replacing legacy systems with cutting-edge AI solutions, or creating automation frameworks that save thousands of work hours. You'll leverage Python, LLM APIs, and tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and MCP—all backed by battle-tested playbooks that focus your energy on results, not process.

Our environment is defined by fewer hierarchies, accelerated timelines, and performance standards that exceed traditional enterprise expectations. This is where you can create meaningful impact without navigating bureaucratic mazes or managing bloated teams.

We have no patience for maintenance mode, outsourced transformation, or leaders who can't execute independently. We're seeking technically profound, execution-oriented innovators who view automation as a force multiplier and speed as a competitive weapon. If this resonates with your approach—you've found your home.

What you will be doing

  • Driving complex operational initiatives including M&A integrations, system migrations, and organizational restructuring
  • Creating and implementing automation solutions that make traditional CRM and task management tools obsolete using Python and LLM APIs
  • Building AI-enhanced workflows through Cursor, Windsurf, and MCP platforms to eliminate manual processes and compress timelines
  • Owning projects from initial assessment through final implementation, utilizing established frameworks and executive decision-making
  • Successfully completing a technical assessment that showcases your capability to architect and implement AI-forward solutions

What you will NOT be doing

  • Overseeing large personnel structures or depending on organizational layers for execution
  • Participating in protracted coordination meetings or requiring group consensus before action
  • Outsourcing critical work to IT departments or third-party vendors—you'll be the architect and executor
  • Overseeing business-as-usual operations—your focus will be exclusively on transformation and acceleration

Key responsibilities

Architect and implement AI-powered operational frameworks that minimize manual intervention, simplify complex processes, and enable scalable execution throughout Trilogy's diverse global software ecosystem.

Candidate requirements

  • Location within North America (California excluded), South/Central America, or Western Europe (time zones between UTC -8 and UTC +2)
  • Minimum 5 years leading operational initiatives in enterprise software environments
  • At least 3 years in customer-interfacing positions (Support, Sales, Collections, or similar)
  • Verifiable capability to develop automation solutions using Python and integrate with LLM APIs
  • Practical experience with Cursor, Windsurf, MCP, or comparable tools to deliver production-ready automation systems
  • Demonstrated capacity for autonomous thinking, rapid execution, and delivering high-impact outcomes without supervision

Nice to have

  • Track record of orchestrating major organizational transformations such as M&A integrations or large-scale workforce transitions
  • Experience conceptualizing and implementing AI-enhanced operational frameworks
  • Documented collection of self-developed automation solutions deployed at enterprise scale
