This isn't about dabbling in AI tools; this is about fully integrating AI into the software lifecycle to eliminate waste, ship faster, and build with precision.

In this role, you will take existing B2B products, break them down, rebuild them as cloud-native applications, and optimize them with AI at every level. You'll be developing and deploying AI-powered features, using cutting-edge retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for automated defect detection, and ensuring every release is smooth—zero outages, zero disruptions, zero excuses. What you will be doing

  • Architect and implement AI-driven detection systems that identify and diagnose product defects with precision and speed
  • Design and deploy cloud-native applications that leverage cutting-edge AI development agents to accelerate feature delivery
  • Transform legacy B2B products into modern, scalable solutions that exceed enterprise expectations

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing infrastructure manually—our AI-powered DevOps pipeline eliminates repetitive deployment tasks
  • Participating in excessive meetings—we prioritize focused development time over unnecessary discussions
  • Writing code first, then using AI as an afterthought—our process integrates AI from conception to deployment
  • Maintaining legacy systems without modernization—every project advances our technology stack

Candidate requirements

  • AI-First Development Philosophy: You approach problems by leveraging AI capabilities before writing manual code
  • 4+ years of professional Java development experience building production-grade server-side applications
  • Proven track record developing mission-critical B2B software applications with enterprise-level reliability
  • Demonstrated expertise with AWS cloud-native development and serverless architectures
  • Advanced proficiency using GenAI code assistants (Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev) in daily workflows
  • Measurable success implementing Generative AI solutions with quantifiable business impact
