We're seeking a visionary Lead AI Engineer who can transform how software is built, deployed, and scaled. This isn't about incremental improvements; it's about fundamental transformation. You'll be at the forefront of implementing AI solutions that slash development cycles and set new industry benchmarks.

Your profile should showcase:

  • A track record of successfully implementing LLM integrations in production environments
  • Experience in elevating existing systems with AI-powered analytics and personalization
  • Proven ability to leverage AI for automated bug resolution and feature deployment

Note: This position requires hands-on experience with Generative AI implementations. Theory alone won't cut it - we need proven practical expertise.

What you will be doing

  • Spearhead the development of innovative AI products, including LLM fine-tuning and integration, similar to our successful www.eloquens.ai project
  • Pioneer internal process automation through sophisticated AI implementations

Key responsibilities

  • Drive measurable improvements in product delivery speed and customer satisfaction through strategic AI implementation

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated AI-first approach to problem-solving (traditional code-first mindset need not apply)
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on software engineering experience with measurable impact
  • Proven expertise with modern AI coding assistants (Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
  • Documented success in implementing Generative AI solutions with quantifiable business impact
  • Practical experience utilizing various LLM platforms (GPT, Claude, Mistral) for business solutions
