This role transcends basic AI enhancements; it involves spearheading large-scale, strategic projects that harness AI to enhance efficiency and drive innovation. Joining us means you'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing AI systems that accelerate development, minimize errors, and offer unrivaled scalability, setting new industry benchmarks.

You're an ideal candidate if you have:

  • Developed code modules integrating advanced LLMs into applications, like customer support chatbots or API connections
  • Upgraded legacy systems with predictive analytics or personalized recommendations through automated AI
  • Utilized AI to swiftly tackle recurring bug fixes and feature requests, such as real-time language translation or content personalization

This position is tailored for seasoned professionals with a proven track record of deploying impactful Generative AI solutions in practical scenarios. If you haven't yet undertaken such tasks, this role might not be suitable for you.

What you will be doing

  • Innovating AI Products and Features: Refine LLMs to develop groundbreaking AI-enabled products and modules, which can either enhance existing solutions or serve as the foundation for new innovations, similar to our recent project at www.eloquens.ai
  • Streamlining Internal Operations: Utilize sophisticated AI methodologies to automate internal processes and workflows

Key responsibilities

  • Drive quicker product launches and elevate customer satisfaction through ongoing AI-led enhancements

Candidate requirements

  • AI-First Approach (if your default is to code first and then verify or improve with AI tools, this role may not suit you)
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a software engineer, implementing impactful initiatives
  • Proficiency with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
  • Demonstrated success in deploying Generative AI solutions with notable quantitative outcomes
  • Experience in utilizing diverse LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address business challenges
