What you will be doing

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engage in Theoretical Research: While staying informed is crucial, your primary focus will be on practical, high-impact implementations.

Candidate requirements

  • AI-First Mindset: You instinctively approach problems with AI solutions in mind, not as an afterthought.
  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 1 year of professional experience implementing high-impact software engineering initiatives.
  • GenAI Proficiency: Deep familiarity with cutting-edge AI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev).
  • Generative AI Success: Demonstrable experience in implementing Generative AI solutions with quantifiable business impact.
  • LLM Expertise: Proven ability to leverage various Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to solve complex business challenges.
