This role goes beyond conventional AI applications focused on minor improvements; it is about pioneering extensive, strategic projects that utilize AI to significantly boost both efficiency and innovation across the board. If hired, you will have the opportunity to architect and deploy AI-driven systems that cut development timelines, reduce errors, and deliver solutions with unparalleled scalability, setting new standards for the software industry.

This role is perfect for you if you have:

  • Generated code modules to integrate cutting-edge LLMs into applications (e.g., customer support chatbots, API integrations)
  • Enhanced predictive analytics or personalized recommendations to legacy systems using automated AI solutions
  • Used AI to rapidly address repeated bug fixes and feature requests (e.g., real-time language translation or content personalization)

This role is specifically for experienced professionals who have successfully implemented impactful Generative AI solutions in real-world settings. If you have not already executed tasks of this nature, this role is not for you.

What you will be doing

  • Building New AI Products and Features: Fine-tune LLMs to create entirely new AI-powered products and individual modules that can be seamlessly integrated into existing solutions or form the foundation of brand-new offerings, as our team did recently with www.eloquens.ai
  • Automating Internal Processes: Apply advanced AI techniques to automate internal tasks and workflows

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure faster product releases and increased customer satisfaction as a result of continuous AI-driven improvements

Candidate requirements

  • AI-First Mindset (if your instinct is to write code first and then use AI tools to verify or enhance your code, rather than the other way around, then please do not apply)
  • At least 1 year of professional experience implementing impactful initiatives as a software engineer
  • Familiarity with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
  • Previous experience successfully implementing Generative AI solutions, resulting in substantial quantitative impact
  • Previous experience leveraging different LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to solve business problems
