Description

The EdTech sector faces a major challenge: developing educational content that is both engaging and tailored to individual student needs. With an overwhelming number of generic, ineffective learning tools on the market, standing out has never been more crucial. Research indicates that when educational materials fail to connect with students or adapt to their unique learning styles, engagement drops significantly, creating a gap in effective learning experiences. This places additional strain on educators, who are expected to provide high-quality, personalized instruction despite time and resource constraints.

At LearnWith.AI, we're tackling this problem head-on by harnessing the power of AI to revolutionize content creation. We're not just building AI tools—we're crafting AI-driven systems that generate dynamic, student-specific learning materials. Picture an AI-powered "Second Brain" for subjects like Science or History—an intelligent knowledge repository capable of producing engaging, adaptive content at scale. This innovative approach not only differentiates us in a crowded market but also redefines the possibilities for AI in education, making learning more accessible, effective, and enjoyable.

This isn't a standard AI engineering role. You won't be limited to coding or working on abstract AI models. Instead, you'll be leading the charge in reshaping how students learn by designing and implementing AI-powered workflows that create truly personalized learning experiences. This role isn't for those who prefer predictable tasks or incremental improvements—it's for ambitious innovators eager to use cutting-edge technology to make a real-world impact.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for architecting AI-driven educational tools that have the potential to transform the learning landscape. You'll leverage LLMs as domain experts to build contextual knowledge packs and intelligent learning assistants, ensuring that our AI generates content that is both meaningful and impactful. If you're excited by the idea of using AI to revolutionize education and are eager to take ownership of projects that push the boundaries of what's possible, we'd love to hear from you.
