What you will be doing

  • Architect sophisticated AI-driven workflows that transform raw LLM capabilities into powerful educational tools that adapt to individual learning styles
  • Engineer domain-specific knowledge repositories and contextual frameworks that enable our AI systems to generate truly personalized learning content
  • Design scalable data structures that support complex educational content generation while maintaining pedagogical integrity

What you will NOT be doing

  • Implementing basic chatbots or simple AI integrations that merely automate existing processes
  • Building theoretical models that never reach students or make meaningful educational impact
  • Maintaining legacy systems or working on incremental improvements to existing technologies

Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of software engineering experience with demonstrated ability to architect complex systems

  • Passionate interest in EdTech backed by knowledge of educational challenges and opportunities

Nice to have

  • Experience with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning techniques
