What you will be doing

  • Architect sophisticated AI-driven workflows that seamlessly integrate cutting-edge tools, engineer precise prompts, and continuously refine systems based on expert and user feedback.
  • Develop intelligent "Second Brain" knowledge repositories by leveraging LLMs as domain experts, creating scalable systems that capture and deploy subject expertise.
  • Design advanced data structures that provide contextual intelligence to our educational platforms, ensuring our AI delivers truly personalized learning experiences.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Implementing generic AI models with no clear application or impact on real educational outcomes.
  • Working on incremental improvements to existing EdTech platforms that fail to address fundamental personalization challenges.
  • Building tools that simply digitize traditional educational content without adding adaptive intelligence.
  • Following established patterns and workflows—this role demands innovative thinking and novel approaches.

Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements

  • 2+ years of proven software engineering experience with demonstrable results
  • Master's Degree or higher in Mathematics, Science, English Literature, Computer Science, Economics, or History
  • Professional experience implementing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok to solve complex problems
