What you will be doing

  • Engineer Smart Workflows: Integrate diverse AI tools, craft ingenious prompts, and refine processes based on expert feedback and user insights.
  • Build Scalable Foundations: Design and implement robust data structures that provide contextual support for our AI-driven business logic.

  • Spearhead LearnWith.AI's mission to stand out in the EdTech landscape by developing AI-powered systems that generate captivating, student-specific educational content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our AI-generated materials are not only engaging but also pedagogically sound and aligned with educational standards.
  • Continuously innovate and optimize our AI workflows, staying at the cutting edge of AI and machine learning advancements in education.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record with 2+ years of experience as a software engineer, demonstrating a knack for innovative problem-solving.
  • Master's Degree or higher in Mathematics, Science, English Literature, Computer Science, Economics, or History. Your advanced knowledge will be crucial in developing sophisticated educational content.
  • Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok in professional settings. You should be comfortable pushing these tools to their limits and beyond.
  • Passion for education and a vision for how AI can transform learning experiences.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, subject matter experts, and fellow engineers.
