Description

Calling all AI-driven Java mavens! Ready to revolutionize telecom charging with cutting-edge tech? Buckle up – we're not just coding, we're reshaping the future of enterprise software.

As our Senior Java Developer, you'll be the architect behind Charging-as-a-Service, our game-changing cloud-native platform. You'll craft a multi-tenant charging engine that laughs in the face of global transaction volumes, enabling lightning-fast monetization for service providers. But that's not all – you'll wield the power of NLP and machine learning to create tools that design, test, and launch new plans at warp speed.

This isn't your average dev role. We're talking 4 hours of your time for the application process, with assessment results in 48 hours and interview decisions in 2 business days. We respect your time because we know it's valuable.

Are you ready to lead the charge in AI-driven innovation? The future of enterprise software awaits – and it's coded in Java.

What you will be doing

  • Architect and deploy Charging-as-a-Service, pushing the boundaries of scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Harness the power of NLP and machine learning to build revolutionary tools for plan creation and management.
  • Leverage state-of-the-art AI tools to supercharge development efficiency and conquer complex technical challenges.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Wrestling with Infrastructure: We've streamlined the mundane so you can focus on what you do best – innovating.
  • Drowning in Meetings: Your keyboard is your boardroom. Expect more coding, less idle chatter.

Key responsibilities

Transform the telecom industry by engineering AI-powered charging solutions that enable lightning-fast monetization and infinite scalability, revolutionizing how service providers operate and compete in the digital age.

Candidate requirements

  • AI-First Mindset: You breathe AI. If you're not leveraging AI tools as your first line of attack in coding, this isn't your battlefield.
  • 4+ years of battle-tested experience in software development, with a focus on server-side web applications that stand up to the rigors of production.
  • Proven track record in developing rock-solid B2B software applications that clients can bet their business on.
  • Mastery of cloud-native development or serverless architectures, with AWS as your playground.
  • Fluency in the languages of the future: Java, TypeScript, and SQL.
  • Demonstrated prowess with GenAI code assistants (Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev). These aren't just tools; they're your digital co-pilots.
  • A history of implementing Generative AI solutions that don't just work, but revolutionize – with the metrics to prove it.
