Description

Are you ready to elevate AI from a supporting role to the star of the show? Join us as an AI Software Engineer, where you'll make AI the powerhouse of our software solutions. If you're adept at harnessing tools like Copilot, GPT-4, or your own suite of LLM tools to accelerate feature delivery, this is your stage.

Many teams still see AI as a mere autocomplete or leave it languishing in experimental phases. At Trilogy, AI is a key player from the start. You'll spearhead the creation of smart reporting solutions that turn disjointed financial data into clear, predictive intelligence without the bottlenecks of analyst dependencies or pipeline limits. You're not just making dashboards; you're empowering data to drive strategic decisions.

This isn't your typical feature churn role. Here, you'll take a vague concept, unleash AI agents, refine quickly, and ship consistently. Your role is split between 60% product feature development using AI-centric processes and 40% precise defect analysis and resolution with automated and structured debugging tools. If your code is robust, regression-resistant, and well-tested, you're on the right track.

You'll be part of a compact team where each engineer is accountable for results, not just deliverables. The expectations are high: scalable design, refined code, and rapid, bold iteration. If you can think, build, and debug with AI, apply now to embark on the most compelling work of your career.
