This role plays a core part in our team of technical problem solving champions. You will work with dozens of different products and technologies, constantly growing and being challenged–instead of being siloed on a single boring product for years. Join us and accelerate your career!

What you will be doing

  • Conducting root cause analyses into technical product issues
  • Creating functional specs to identify gaps in product capabilities and related solutions
  • Writing high-quality code for enhancements and fixes

What you will NOT be doing

  • Solving or implementing the same things over and over
  • Getting bored–there is always another challenge waiting
  • Coasting on existing knowledge and skills

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure customer success by quickly and permanently solving technical problems in our business software
  • Improve product quality and customer experience through functional specs for new features and improvements

Candidate requirements

  • Expert coder in Java, JavaScript, C++ or C# with good knowledge of React JS
  • Cloud development expertise (e.g., AWS, Aurora databases, Docker, Kubernetes, storage)
