What you will be doing

You will be responsible for building and maintaining technical buy-in for Aurea Product and Solution offers with key decision-makers at every account under their care.  You will craft discrete technical architectures for customers as vehicles for ensuring a client understands our product vision and how it enables their own business and IT strategy.  With great relationships established and our vision solidly in place, you will remove technical objections as part of the account engagement process.

What you will NOT be doing

  • You will not “wing it” in the sales process. We have well-developed solutions planning and execution processes to guide you to success. 
  • You will not be engaging in cookie cutter presentations and demos so that you can simply “show up and throw up”. Rather, you'll build and maintain trusted advisor relationships for the long haul.
  • You will not be spending your time following up on poorly qualified marketing leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be the Subject Matter Expert for Aurea products and solutions in assigned account meetings.
  • You will analyze assigned Accounts for their status of Aurea deployment/s and achievement of value.
  • You will work with Account teams to develop account plans for expansion.
  • You will create and present account specific technical assets (demos, PPT, whitepapers) to reinforce Aurea Offers within account meetings.

Candidate Requirements

  • Clear and Engaging Communicator: Ability to personalize a discussion, written communications and account presentations in a memorable way, listening to a customer's needs and clearly articulating Aurea's value
  • Technical Acumen: Proficient with AWS Cloud with an ability to map legacy enterprise architectures to AWS architectures. Additionally, the expertise to recognize design patterns in software deployments in order to chart achievable transformation milestones.
  • Trusted Advisor: Approach the customer as a partner to help them solve technical problems, instilling their confidence that you are their consultant, and inspiring them to take action that will lead to their success
  • Sales Expertise: Able to convince customers to buy into a vision, and ultimately make a purchase

Nice to have

  • Previous Pre-Sales, Professional Services, or Product Management experience
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience
