As a regional sales leader, you will empower and support a diverse group of channel account managers, channel sales engineers, and strategic channel partners to achieve their revenue targets. This role has predictable, fixed compensation of USD 200,000 per year that isn’t dependent on quotas or commissions. This is a fully remote, work-from-anywhere position that rarely requires travel.

What you will be doing

  • Directly support our most strategic channel partners in the Americas.
  • Review the work of your sales team and develop process improvements to make it even better.
  • Provide coaching to continuously improve your team's performance.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Traditional management: this is a hands-on role and we have structured processes to ensure and maintain quality.
  • Dedicating most of your time to recruiting new partners.
  • Worrying about how much you will earn each month and spending most of your time on the road.

Key Responsibilities

  • Empower and enable strategic channel partners to meet their revenue goals.
  • Leverage your sales expertise to improve the performance of the sales team.
  • Develop process changes that improve the work of our fully remote sales team.

Candidate Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales or account management experience
  • 3+ years of channel sales leadership experience
  • Experience with B2B software sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Physically based in North America, Central America, South America, or the Caribbean
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (an average of fewer than 4 trips per year)
