Can you coach good sales agents and turn them into great ones? Are you able to create high impact, data-driven insights to improve the sales process? Do you want to work with a high-value, cutting-edge product with little competition?

Liscio is an all-in-one platform that makes it simple for accountants to work with their clients by replacing email with a secure communication and file-sharing app that is 19 times faster. As most customers are unaware of this groundbreaking solution, we are looking for influential sales professionals to help reach them.

In this role, you will use your sales expertise to drive improvements within the sales team. You will coach sales reps, improve the sales playbook, and only engage with customers to generate sales insights. To ease the burden of driving an entire sales organization, your team will be selling a product that companies actually need.

If leading and enabling your sales team to become top performers is your specialty, this role is for you.

What you will be doing

  • Coaching sales reps to improve their output and results
  • Making improvements to our sales process that have a measurable projected outcome following implementation
  • Writing high-quality content for sales reps to use when interacting with customers (e.g., call scripts, email templates, discovery questions)

What you will NOT be doing

  • Qualifying leads
  • Managing customer relationships 
  • Closing or rescuing deals

Key responsibilities

  • Raise the performance of the sales team through a relentless focus on quality

Candidate requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in global B2B sales
  • Experience scaling people and processes in high-growth companies
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand technical products
