Description

We believe every child is capable of far more than the traditional school system allows. Not with more hours. With higher expectations.

At 2 Hour Learning, students finish a full academic day in just two hours using AI tutors, mastery learning, and relentless focus. The rest of the day is for building real-world skills. We don’t slow down to make things feel easy. We accelerate so students can reach mastery faster. Our model doesn’t work because it’s novel. It works because it delivers results — MAP scores in the top 1%, SATs above 1450, and students who actually have time to live.

This isn’t school with a fresh coat of paint. It’s not Montessori plus iPads. This is a fundamental shift built on structure, speed, and proof. We measure what matters. We test, because mastery demands confirmation. And we don’t believe in lowering the bar to make kids feel successful. We raise it, and give them what they need to clear it.

If you’re skeptical about rigor, data, or pushing kids to go further, this is not your place. But if you’ve been waiting for someone to say what you’ve always believed — that excellence should be expected, not apologized for — keep reading.

You’ll be the public voice of our microschools. That means leading live events for high-net-worth families across 25+ U.S. cities. It also means hosting podcasts, writing sharp content, appearing in the press, and making sure every outward-facing message — from print to video — hits the bar. You’ll be supported by marketing and PR, but the tone and quality are yours to own. And your north star is clear: drive enrollment and build trust by standing for something better.

While your focus will be on top-of-funnel visibility, you’ll have the range to step deeper when needed — guiding families through decision points, supporting enrollment teams, or shaping messaging downstream. You won’t just be the voice that sparks interest. You’ll be the presence that carries it through.

If you're ready to lead the charge against the status quo in education, this is your platform. Be the reason families say yes.

What you will be doing

  • Leading high-trust, in-person events that persuade discerning families to choose 2HL
  • Representing 2HL across podcasts, blogs, videos, media appearances, and conference stages
  • Stepping in across the funnel where needed — from sparking interest to shaping follow-up — when quality or credibility demands it
  • Translating MAP scores, SAT data, and student outcomes into compelling, credible messaging
  • Reviewing and elevating all public-facing content to meet the expectations of HNW audiences
  • Aligning internal and external teams to a clear, rigorous, unapologetic standard

What you will NOT be doing

  • Selling traditional private school with a techy twist
  • Making the message “softer” to ease parent discomfort
  • Letting marketing materials or events slip below the bar — you set it, and enforce it
  • Running digital ads, chasing cold leads, or managing backend enrollment ops
  • Acting as a school administrator or curriculum planner

Key responsibilities

Drive enrollment and demand by owning and elevating 2 Hour Learning's public voice, setting a high bar for every story we tell and every room we enter.

Candidate requirements

  • U.S.-based with deep familiarity with the education landscape and a clear POV on how to fix it
  • 5+ years in persuasive, public-facing roles such as founder, media host, speaker, or strategic sales lead
  • Track record of influencing high-net-worth or executive-level audiences
  • Proven ability to hold the line on tone, standards, and quality, even with internal teams
  • Versatility to operate across stages of engagement, not just content creation or presentation delivery
  • A personal commitment to raising the bar for what students and schools can achieve
  • Willing to travel up to 50% and work hybrid or in-person as needed
  • U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship provided)

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-end education, media, or issue advocacy
  • Familiarity with gifted/talented, mastery-based, or accelerated learning models
