Enter IgniteTech. We offer our customers access to a revolutionary platform with over 50 business software solutions, ranging from mobile app development products to database load balancers. Our portfolio spans the entirety of a typical customer’s SaaS needs, slashing operating costs and the related admin overhead versus paying for and managing dozens of separate subscriptions.

In this position, you will play an integral role in keeping our platform running smoothly. You will consult with internal clients to map out their system requirements, install and configure software and networks, and troubleshoot system performance. You will also implement management reporting systems to provide the leadership team with impactful data. This is not a reactive role in which you merely fix issues as they come up.

What you will be doing

  • Mapping requirements with internal customers
  • Implementing integrations between tools to create reports required by the upper management team
  • Supporting the leadership team’s decision-making process with reliable data

What you will NOT be doing

  • Sitting back and waiting to fix system issues

Candidate requirements

  • At least 1 year of Salesforce administration experience
  • At least 3 years of experience working as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or in a similar role
  • Availability to start working within 30 days of receiving an offer
