Description

Are you a digital storyteller with a passion for shaping young minds? Do you know how to make your content pop, engage, and inspire? Prequel is an EdTech trailblazer, and we’re searching for a leader whose digital footprint is as impactful as its educational vision.

What's in your toolkit? Your flair for creating compelling content that speaks directly to the heart of Gen Z, whether it's a gripping TikTok series or engaging YouTube tutorials. Perhaps you've already captivated audiences with a TEDx talk - or pioneered ways to use AI and the latest content generation tools.

In this role, you'll have a unique opportunity to work across our entire portfolio, which includes BETA Camp, Apollo School, and AI Masterclass. Your day-to-day journey at Prequel involves developing a rigorous curriculum and facilitating interactive workshops that equip students with 21st-century skills. Think about design thinking sessions simulating startup challenges or growth hacking workshops to sharpen marketing acumen in budding entrepreneurs.

The best part? You won't be doing these all alone. You'll lead teams of experts and mentors to ensure the success of our programs. You'll also invite industry professionals to share real-world insights and experiences, molding students into proactive achievers ready to take on the tech-driven future.

If you're ready to step into a world where education meets innovation and virality, we look forward to meeting you. Apply now and become the face of next-gen education!

What you will be doing

  • Lead the development of innovative workshops with industry experts to foster entrepreneurship and tech-savviness in high school students
  • Actively engage students through various digital platforms, fostering a vibrant community and encouraging in-depth discussions and collaborative learning
  • Analyze feedback from students and experts to enhance program content, ensuring it remains current, relevant, and impactful

What you will NOT be doing

  • Lecturing from a podium - this role is about actively engaging and inspiring the next generation
  • Recycling outdated examples - instead, you’ll craft a curriculum that resonates with the tech-savvy, entrepreneurial teens of today
  • Cold-calling executives - you’ll create meaningful, mutually beneficial connections with industry professionals to contribute to a transformative educational experience

Key responsibilities

Empowering Prequel students to become future leaders by nurturing their entrepreneurial spirit and tech prowess that traditional education often overlooks.

Candidate requirements

  • Active on social media with a talent for producing and disseminating high-quality digital content that resonates with a teenage audience
  • Hands-on understanding of social media virality, audience engagement strategies, and the use of AI/content generation tools to create compelling digital experiences
  • Demonstrated success in transforming ideas from inception to realized projects, with a firm grasp of business, tech, media, and startup methodologies
  • Outstanding communication skills, both for on-camera interactions and for mentoring teenagers
  • A passion for excellence and a Mr. Beast-style ambition to become an influential force in digital content creation and education
  • Available 4-10 pm US EST during the week, with occasional weekend hours (8a-8p US EST)
