In this role, you'll collaborate closely with digital marketing advertisers and our sales team, using digital marketing analytics to identify areas for improvement and enhance marketing effectiveness. You'll also evaluate system performance data and efficiency benchmarks to develop new IT policies and processes that bolster productivity while maintaining system reliability.

Apart from a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud computing, you'll need robust leadership skills to guide and motivate your team. Being able to communicate effectively with your team members, management, and stakeholders will be the key to a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you will be doing

  • Implementing innovative digital marketing strategies in collaboration with advertisers and the sales team to maximize revenue streams.
  • Developing and enforcing IT policies, procedures, and processes aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Strategically managing technology vendors, and evaluating and implementing new technologies to improve online exposure and conversions.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Being confined to routine IT maintenance tasks; instead, you'll play a key role in strategic initiatives that drive educational innovation.
  • Working in a limited scope; you'll integrate IT operations with broader educational goals, ensuring a dynamic and impactful role.
  • Executing static and stagnant marketing strategies; you'll have the freedom to constantly innovate and optimize digital marketing efforts.

  • Maximizing revenue streams by optimizing advertising and marketing strategies on high-traffic educational websites.

Candidate requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field
  • Previous experience in IT operations management
  • Experience with various online advertising platforms (Adsense, subscriptions, Facebook and Instagram advertising, iTunes, direct sales)
  • Thorough knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud computing
