What you will be doing

  • Enrollment Strategy Development and Execution: Designing and implementing lead generation initiatives, events, and partnerships to attract potential students and expand program visibility.
  • Campaign Management and Execution: Organizing events and workshops aimed at engaging parents and students, and collaborating with the marketing team to create and disseminate enrollment campaigns and materials.
  • Enrollment Process Improvement: Working with the sales team to ensure smooth lead-to-enrollment transitions, and analyzing enrollment data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Leading a large team; in this role, you will be the one doing most of the work
  • An admission officer role sorting through students' applications
  • Managing existing enrollments; this role is focused on generating new ones

Key responsibilities

  • Increased student enrollments through the strategic development and implementation of innovative enrollment strategies, events, and partnerships.

Candidate requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in enrollment and marketing management in the educational sector, with expertise in demand generation.
  • Currently based in North America.
