Description

Transform education, one groundbreaking deal at a time. If you're passionate about revolutionizing how children learn while building a new market from the ground up, this is your chance to make history.

You'll define and own how we break into the private school market with a transformative AI-powered learning solution that helps students learn 2x faster in just 2 hours per day. You'll have the autonomy to craft your approach and see direct results, backed by a guaranteed $200K compensation package with no commission games. This gives you the stability to focus on what matters most: transforming education while building a scalable business.

Be a catalyst for change. Let's reshape the future of education together!

What you will be doing

  • Build and manage an active sales pipeline targeting private schools, maintaining clear visibility of your opportunities from first contact to close
  • Conduct compelling presentations that showcase our revolutionary approach to learning and address stakeholder needs
  • Drive the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting to closing deals that meet ambitious revenue targets

  • Leverage our CRM to maintain accurate records and forecasting

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing a team - this is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on sales execution
  • Following rigid processes - you'll create the playbook for breaking into this market
  • Relying on large support teams to generate leads or close deals
  • Selling an undifferentiated product in a crowded market

Key responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by securing signings for the 2 Hour Learning solution in private schools, establishing a strong market presence, and achieving scalable growth year over year.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting through closing

  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Must be based in the US or Canada, preferably in the Northeast (e.g., Maine, New York, Connecticut)
