In this role, you’ll focus on nurturing lower-value accounts, ensuring AI feature adoption, and acting as the bridge between our customers and the innovation team. You won’t be bogged down by high-pressure targets or routine metrics. Instead, you’ll focus on real customer success, measured by retention and satisfaction.

What you will be doing

  • Delivering presentations about new AI product features to targeted customers and relay feedback to the innovation team
  • Achieving retention goals by upselling all-in-one software subscriptions and ensuring customer success through strategic engagement
  • Nurturing relationships with key accounts, ensuring smooth operations, communication, and full adoption of services

What you will NOT be doing

  • Chasing quotas or commissions
  • Attending in-person customer meetings

Key responsibilities

  • The role directly contributes to subscription revenue retention by driving customer engagement with our solutions, particularly through the adoption of AI features

Candidate requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience selling B2B software products
  • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Bard, clay.com, or apollo.ai to increase productivity
  • Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships effectively and achieve retention goals
