Description

The education industry often struggles with inefficient marketing operations, fragmented lead tracking, and limited automation, leading to wasted time and missed opportunities. Studies show that up to 70% of leads in education pipelines go cold due to poor follow-up processes, and manual workflows dominate marketing teams, reducing their ability to scale and innovate. Schools face unique challenges in aligning admissions and performance marketing, as campaigns often fail to provide actionable insights or measurable ROI, leaving leaders in the dark about what actually works.

2 Hour Learning approaches this challenge head-on by building a cutting-edge marketing operations system that bridges the gap between technology and strategy. Using advanced HubSpot workflows and automation, we streamline lead management and optimize campaigns to deliver measurable results. What makes this exciting is the opportunity to create and own an ecosystem that combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of educational marketing.

At 2 Hour Learning, we've cracked the code on personalized education. Our AI-powered platform enables students to master academics in just 2 hours a day through adaptive learning paths, freeing up time for crucial life skills development. The results speak for themselves: students consistently score in the top 1-2% nationally, with our high schoolers averaging 1470+ on SATs and gaining acceptance to Stanford, Vanderbilt, and other top universities.

As part of our team, you’ll play a critical role in transforming how we approach admissions and marketing. This is your chance to create real impact—not just for a single team but across multiple brands. If you’re passionate about using technology to solve complex problems, have a bias toward action, and want to build something that lasts, we encourage you to apply and help us shape the future of marketing operations in education.
