Description

Want to transform how school districts support student success? We're seeking a skilled marketer who thrives on variety and wants to drive meaningful change in US schools.

Our stealth-mode startup is bringing unprecedented learning outcomes to K-12 districts through intelligent technology. We're not just another EdTech company – our AI-powered system is producing dramatic gains in student achievement through personalized, data-driven interventions that work.

You'll be the force behind our market expansion, wearing two crucial hats: running high-impact marketing campaigns that get districts excited about our solution and crafting compelling RFP responses that win contracts. This unique combination means you'll directly influence both brand awareness and bottom-line growth as we transform how schools support student success.

What you will be doing

  • Executing digital marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads from K-12 district decision-makers
  • Creating compelling content that showcases our innovative approach to student support and intervention
  • Crafting persuasive RFP responses that differentiate our solution and demonstrate clear value to districts
  • Building and maintaining a library of reusable marketing and RFP content optimized for the K-12 market
  • Leveraging AI tools to accelerate content creation while maintaining quality and brand voice

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing other team members or setting high-level marketing strategy
  • Cold calling or direct sales (we have a dedicated sales team for that)
  • Waiting for approval through multiple layers of hierarchy (we move fast)
  • Working with outdated marketing tools (we're cutting-edge in everything we do)

Key responsibilities

Drive lead generation and sales growth by executing demand generation campaigns, creating impactful marketing content, and crafting compelling RFP responses that accelerate our expansion into K-12 districts nationwide.

Candidate requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or marketing campaign execution
  • Familiarity with US K-12 public school market
  • Proficiency with marketing tools like email platforms, CRMs, and social media management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to produce various content formats using tools like Canva or AI platforms
  • Proven expertise in crafting clear, compelling content across different contexts
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to work at least 20 hours per week during US business hours (7am-7pm ET)
