Most marketing teams today are still layering AI over outdated workflows. Not IgniteTech. Here, AI is the workflow. You’ll command generative engines to produce multi-platform social campaigns, shape intelligent community engagement systems that evolve in real time, and fine-tune content based on live feedback loops from real-world sentiment. This isn’t about optimizing reach, it’s about bending culture in your brand’s favor week after week.

This role is not for someone looking to schedule posts, attend status meetings, or wait on creative briefs from a slow-moving team. It’s for someone who can read the pulse of a digital crowd, turn that into strategy, and feed it into a self-improving AI system. You'll spend 70% of your time engineering creative campaigns and 30% actively sculpting how brands show up and engage by wielding AI as your amplification engine.

What you will be doing

  • AI-Powered Social Campaigns: Scalable multi-platform social media content packages, produced on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
  • Community Engagement Modules: Deploying AI agents and AI-driven workflows for community management, produced and refined regularly to keep pace with online discussions.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Manual content writing or community moderation
  • Data analysis and reporting

Key responsibilities

  • Accelerate growth in social engagement, brand loyalty, and community satisfaction

Candidate requirements

  • At least 3 years in marketing or digital strategy with clear experience executing social media, community, and/or brand campaigns.
  • Demonstrated exposure to AI-enabled marketing tools or analytics platforms (HubSpot automation, Jasper, Buffer, etc.) and willingness to learn new technologies fast.
