If you’ve ever crushed CAC targets with your own Meta campaigns, launched lead magnets without waiting on a designer, and made budget decisions using funnel math—not gut feel—this is your next proving ground. You’ll join a team that’s built a powerful content-generation system and wants one thing: paid subscribers. Fast.

This is a short-term contract role, scoped for immediate results. You’ll join Legends, a direct-to-consumer, AI-powered life skills platform for families. We don’t sell to schools. We go straight to parents. The mission is urgent, the market is huge, and the execution window is tight. We’ve built the content engine. Now we need subscribers. Fast.

You’ll start with a clearly scoped project: acquire subscribers using a limited budget and a bleeding-edge internal tool. No slide decks. No approvals. Just CAC, campaigns, and results. If you hit the target, we’ll open the door to more. Execution is the only credential that matters here.

What you will be doing

  • Launching and managing Meta ad campaigns targeting U.S. parents with clear CAC goals
  • Running fast, focused funnel experiments to lift conversion rates at key drop-off points
  • Using internal AI tools to deploy lead magnets, landing pages, and ad variants
  • Reallocating spend across campaigns based on performance and ROI
  • Making weekly decisions that directly impact subscriber growth

What you will NOT be doing

  • Waiting on creative, engineering, or analytics teams to execute
  • Building brand campaigns or long-term growth strategies
  • Delegating to agencies or managing teams
  • Spending weeks preparing reports or presentations for stakeholders
  • Assuming long-term employment—this is a short-term, high-impact contract

Key responsibilities

Drive paid subscriber growth at or below CAC target through hands-on campaign execution, content deployment, and budget reallocation.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven ability to reduce CAC by at least 20% via direct Meta Ads campaign ownership
  • Managed Meta budgets of $5K–15K/month in a DTC or subscription business
  • Experience running 5+ A/B tests with tools like Mixpanel, Optimizely, or platform-native options
  • Proficient in self-serve analytics to inform growth decisions
  • Familiar with using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, or internal systems) to launch content
  • Experience marketing a U.S.-based DTC product, including at least one campaign targeting parents or family decision-makers
  • Comfortable working independently with no support team
  • Open to a short-term contract with a defined performance target; strong results may lead to extended or long-term opportunities
