At Waypoint Academy, we're replacing passive lectures with adventure-based life skills and adaptive AI academics. Students don't sit at desks while you talk at them, they master public speaking on the trail, build leadership through team challenges, and accelerate 2× faster using personalized software.

This isn't teaching. It's coaching K-12 students to discover their potential through outdoor workshops and motivational goal sessions. You'll lead nature-based activities that build real skills (focus, communication, teamwork), not deliver curriculum. High performers who believe school should be radically different thrive here. You'll see students transform from reluctant learners to confident achievers, measurably and immediately.

Dripping Springs offers Hill Country beauty 30 minutes from Austin's tech scene, live music, and food culture. 300+ sunny days, Barton Springs, and outdoor access year-round.

Coach the growth. Lead the adventure. Apply now.
