What you will be doing

  • Deliver workshops to small cohorts using a playbook-driven curriculum
  • Lead 1:1 and small group motivation sessions that inspire kids to hit stretch goals 
  • Use storytelling, voice, and energy to engage students and help them master advanced skills
  • Use AI and student profiles to personalize incentives and keep motivation high
  • Track progress, administer mastery-based assessments, and iterate based on results

Candidate requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working with groups of children ages 4–8 (education, afterschool, coaching, or similar roles)
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Demonstrated academic excellence (e.g., National Merit Scholar, early college, academic competitions)
  • Willing to work in-person at the GT campus in Georgetown, TX
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
