At 2 Hour Learning, we double student learning pace through a radically different model. You'll spend six months bringing it to life at a partner school in Spotswood, NJ: mentoring students while simultaneously training the teaching staff to deliver the program with fidelity. No planning in isolation. No theory presentations. You'll demonstrate excellence live, with students, while staff observe and learn.

What you will be doing
- Observing partner-school teachers and aides, modeling 2 Hour Learning routines, and coaching them in structured individual or small-group sessions
- Mentoring students in small groups or one-on-one: monitoring progress in learning apps, building goal-setting skills, and demonstrating effective techniques to the rest of the staff
- Leading life skills workshops that engage students and show staff what excellent facilitation looks like
- Using student data to adjust mentorship approaches and ensure academic targets are met
- Debriefing with staff after observations and workshops to reinforce best practices and answer questions
Candidate requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Willing to work in-person at the Spotswood, NJ campus through June 2026 (temporary relocation acceptable)
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in education, coaching, or related field working with youth or adults
- At least 1 year training or coaching adults (teachers, staff, coaches) with demonstrated modeling and feedback skills
- Direct experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational or youth development settings
