You’re an enterprise account manager who’s sick of being a polite renewal clerk. You know how to keep big logos happy, keep contracts clean, and keep revenue moving, but without needing a platoon of CSMs, solution engineers, and enablement to hold your hand. You can talk to a CMO in outcomes, a content director in execution, and compliance in risk. And you can actually build automation that changes how you work, not “I use ChatGPT.”
Contently sits in the part of the enterprise where mistakes are expensive: regulated content. Banks, healthcare systems, and household brands use us because brand safety, governance, and compliance aren’t optional. The exciting part is you’re not parachuting into cold accounts. You’re inheriting an enterprise portfolio where trust already exists. Your job is to turn that trust into retained and growing revenue by proving ROI in the client’s language and then expanding intelligently. While you do it, you’ll help define what AI-powered account management looks like in 2026 at a content company because nobody has built that playbook yet.
This job is owning renewals like a closer. It’s running QBRs that land with executives because you can tie usage data to outcomes like compliance risk reduction and brand authority. It’s proactively spotting expansion triggers in the account and in the market, and bringing a proposal that’s rooted in what the client is actually doing and what they actually need. It’s also shipping automation quarterly that removes hours of repetitive AM work so your time can get reallocated to strategy, negotiation, and growth. If your definition of “AI skills” is writing nicer emails faster, you will not succeed here.
You’ll be part of a lean team where accountability is the culture and autonomy is the perk. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, support, finance, and marketing experts when needed, but you’re the operator who drives the outcome. If you want a portfolio of real enterprise logos, a short feedback loop on impact, and a role where AI building is a hard requirement, please apply. If you are coming here to learn how to become a better AI builder and think you will have time to ramp up, please don’t apply (there are other opportunities on Crossover where this is possible).
Crossover's skill assessment process combines innovative AI power with decades of human research, to take the guesswork, human bias, and pointless filters out of recruiting high-performing teams.
